- ITS Standards Field Support Team is a technical assistance program sponsored by the Standards Program. The ITS Field Support Team offers intensive consultation and support on a broad range of standards-related issues, including assessment of a current system, development of project specifications, review of existing contracts and specifications, identification of appropriate contracting and procurement mechanisms, and development of test plans. - ITS Standards Forum is an on-line forum for users of ITS standards. It includes discussion threads for ITS standards and related tools and resources. Each thread is moderated by domain experts in ITS standards, including standards developers and working group chairs. Questions posted to the Forum are answered quickly. The standards forum is located at http://serv4.itsware.net/bb/index.php.
- ITS Standards Fact Sheets are concise, "plain English" descriptions of ITS standards. They are available at http://www.standards.its.dot.gov/factsheets.asp.
- ITS Peer-to-Peer is an FHWA, FTA, and FMCSA Technical Assistance program that provides public sector transportation stakeholders with a convenient method to tap into the growing knowledge base of ITS experience and receive short-term assistance. To learn more visit http://www.its.dot.gov/peer.
- Use the ITS Help-Line (866-367-7487) to reach trained staff who will assist with locating resources, websites, and documents that relate to Operations and ITS.
